Our Service Categories
We provide structured diagnostic and repair services across the major equipment types found in commercial kitchen environments.
Commercial Oven Repair
Commercial ovens — whether convection, combi, or deck — operate under demanding conditions. When a fault develops, it typically involves one of a defined set of components: ignition systems, thermostats, heating elements, door seals, control boards, or steam injection assemblies (in combi units).
Our technicians conduct a systematic diagnostic assessment to identify the fault before recommending or performing any repair work.
Before your service visit: Note any error codes displayed, observe whether the fault is consistent or intermittent, and ensure clear access to the equipment.
Refrigeration Equipment Service
Commercial refrigeration encompasses a range of unit types — walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-in refrigerators, undercounter units, and display cases. Each has distinct service requirements, but common fault areas include compressors, evaporator and condenser coils, refrigerant systems, thermostat controls, and door gasket assemblies.
All refrigerant handling is performed by licensed technicians in compliance with Canadian environmental regulations governing refrigerant management.
Dishwasher System Repairs
Commercial dishwashers — including undercounter, door-type, and conveyor systems — must meet specific wash and rinse temperature standards to satisfy health and food safety requirements. When these systems fail, the causes are typically identifiable: pump or motor faults, heating element failures, spray arm blockages, chemical dosing system malfunctions, or control panel issues.
We perform both repair work and descaling or filter maintenance services for commercial warewashing equipment.
Gas & Electric Range Diagnostics
Commercial ranges — whether gas, electric, or induction — represent the core of most commercial kitchen cooking lines. Common service needs include burner ignition issues, gas valve faults, thermostat failures in oven sections, griddle element problems, and general calibration drift over time.
Range diagnostics begin with a structured assessment of each component section, distinguishing between cooking surface issues and oven-section faults, which often have different underlying causes.
Preventive Maintenance Programs
Preventive maintenance programs are structured service agreements that schedule regular visits to your kitchen at defined intervals — typically quarterly, semi-annually, or annually — depending on the equipment type and operational demands.
The purpose of scheduled maintenance is to inspect equipment systematically, catch early indicators of wear or misalignment, and perform minor adjustments before they develop into operational faults. Each visit is documented.
Maintenance programs are available for individual pieces of equipment or full kitchen suites. We accommodate multi-location scheduling for property managers and institutional clients.
Safety Inspections
Safety inspections provide a structured review of your commercial kitchen equipment and related systems — including gas connections, electrical supply to equipment, ventilation adequacy, and control system function. These inspections are useful for new-to-you equipment, pre-inspection preparation, or periodic compliance documentation.
Inspections result in a written report documenting what was reviewed, what was found, and any areas that require attention. We do not issue formal code compliance certificates — that falls under the jurisdiction of relevant regulatory authorities — but our documentation can support your interactions with them.
